News and Events @ American University Washington College of Law December 2012

Dear Alumni,

Thank you for your ongoing support of American University Washington College of Law. Your involvement means so much and makes a difference in the lives of our students as well as your fellow alumni.

In the spirit of the season, involvement can be defined both as giving and receiving assistance. This year alone we had more than 2,000 alumni attend networking events in 12 states. Many more took advantage of our career services events, listserv, online support, and webcasts. Still others continued to audit classes at the law school, spent time in the Pence Law Library, or received one-on-one assistance for lost diplomas, transcripts, and much more. Alumni were also generous with their time and experience, supporting more than 30 student groups as speakers, panelists, judges, and mentors.

We are proud of our alumni for their professional achievements, and applaud your energy, community spirit, and devotion to the law school. You make the difference. You set the example. And we appreciate it.

We also appreciate the donations that you have made and will make during this calendar year. In the spirit of the holidays, we encourage you to think of the law school in your year-end giving. Your gift, regardless of size, is important. Gifts can be designated to any area of the law school, and can be made online. Without you, American University Washington College of Law would not be the stellar legal institution it is today. Thank you for your past support, and for your 2012 gift.

Season's Greetings and Happy New Year! View our e-card!
